Osteopathy

Our Approach
Our treatment philosophy is simple yet powerful: listen first, treat second.
We follow what the patient truly needs and craft a personalized treatment plan that meets them where they are. Whether through acupuncture, body work, yoga, qigong, or mind-body practices, we aim to support the whole person, not just treat the symptoms. Our practitioners not only treat illnesses, but also educate patients and the community on preventative care and general wellbeing.
We view our patients as our greatest teachers. Every interaction in the treatment room deepens our understanding and refines our approach.
Through open communication and trust, we grow, not only as practitioners, but as people. Healing is not something we do to patients, it’s something we experience with them.
Looking ahead, The Fountain Project aims to deepen its impact by expanding free access to integrative medicine and holistic care for unhoused and underserved populations.
By growing our outreach clinics to three additional homeless shelters within a 10-mile radius of our Richmond Health & Wellness Center, we will extend the reach of our free health and wellness services to hundreds more individuals each year. As economic and political challenges continue to limit access to affordable care, our Health & Wellness Center will serve as a vital anchor of compassion, healing, and empowerment—helping individuals rediscover their sense of wellness, dignity, and self-worth.
This expansion will not only improve physical and mental health outcomes but also foster stronger, more resilient communities built on wellness and belonging.
