Dear Friends of the Fountain Project:
Happy New Year! I hope that you have a wonderful and powerful Year of the Dragon!
I want to first thank my predecessor Bruce Pao for his many years of service as the President of Membership. He’s done a great job, and I personally appreciate his coaching and preparation for my next two years of service to the organization.
As in years past, the Fountain Project will participate in three large fund-raising activities: World Tai Chi and Qi Gong Day in April, the Teachers Silent Auction in September, and a Jazz Fundraiser at Yoshi’s Oakland in October. I hope that you can join us for all of these, and the many other offerings from the Fountain Project. I’ll be hosting a Volunteers Planning Meeting late in February, so I hope that you can help me with planning these events as well.
My wish is that the Dragon can provide all of our valuable health-care volunteers with plenty of energy and power as they give their time to serving the needy this year.
